I’ve been thinking about those words ever since.
How many times have I said, “I’m not a singer!” or “I’m not a head turner.”
Or “I’m a ditz.” Or any number of self deprecating statements?
I am who I chose to be.
I am who I think I am.
I am who I say I am.
I am me, a work in progress.

I walked into the grocery store last night after work and noticed a book entitled "You are who you think you are" Then tonight I come in here for the first time and read the words you posted which were most similar. I'm begining to think that there is a message in that for me. Thanks for sharing those thoughts.
